Before joining GFIT, Isabelle felt deeply uncomfortable in her body. Her turning point came in 2016 at a wedding, when she couldn’t fit into her planned dress—a moment that motivated her to become a strong role model for her children and reclaim her confidence.



Her journey with Grant and GFIT began with a structured nutrition plan, progressing through fat loss, diet breaks, reverse diets, and muscle building. With three meals, two snacks, and weekly free meals for flexibility, Isabelle’s protein intake gradually increased from just under 1 gram per pound to 1.4 grams as her physique improved.



Isabelle’s training focused on resistance exercises five days a week, with minimal cardio, allowing her to build strength and muscle tone. Using progressive overload to track her progress, she found stress relief and renewed confidence along the way.



With dedication, Isabelle transformed both mentally and physically, losing nearly 60 lbs, building muscle, and achieving a sustainable 120 lbs. Today, she is a stronger, healthier version of herself, inspiring others with her journey as a dedicated GFIT client. Recently, she also welcomed her third child, a beautiful baby boy.
