MEET COACH KALONI
Kaloni joined GFIT in 2022 as both a coach and client, bringing her background in group fitness, where the focus was on burning as many calories as possible through HIIT workouts five or more times a week. Despite her dedication, she found herself stuck in a cycle of yo-yo dieting, repeatedly gaining and losing the same 30 pounds. This approach led to chronic fatigue, headaches, nausea, severe mood swings, and a lack of libido. Determined to break free, Kaloni began her GFIT journey. She learned to replace overtraining and under-fueling with a balanced, sustainable approach to health and fitness, transforming her lifestyle and results.
