As a mom of two teenage sons, I’m passionate not just about my own health and fitness but also the health of my family. Over the years I have significantly changed not only my body composition but overall lifestyle in a gradual and sustainable way. I thrive working with women 25-50 serious about learning to train and eat properly, looking to build muscle and fuel their bodies to improve body comp and longevity.
DESCRIBE YOUR COACHING STYLE: I am a cheerleader but also a straight shooter. I will always lead with positivity and encouragement but aim to motivate through education and will tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear!
FUN FACT: I have a major sweet tooth. I love candy, chocolate and any baked good :)
