I work with busy women, pre- and post menopause, 35-65 years old who want to live a healthy lifestyle, lose fat and balance their hormones.
I started my own wellness journey with GFIT 8 years ago and lost 54 lb. When I started my fitness journey I had two jobs, two small kids and a household to run. I can relate to clients trying to balance taking care of their health with all of those responsibilities.
I also have a degree in family social sciences and 15 years experience in social work.
