MEET KAITLYN:
My journey has been a bit of a roller coaster. I have gained and lost weight over the years and tried every diet, but I finally found success with a flexible macronutrient approach which led me to losing 50 pounds and keeping the weight off.
I thrive working with women ages 20-50 who want to learn how to properly fuel themselves with a flexible approach to build muscle and lose fat. All you need to be successful is to be open to learning and willing to put in the work. This isn’t an easy journey but it’s worth it!!

FUN FACT:
Pizza is my favourite food, and I have my very own pizza oven. I make pizza on a weekly basis that is macro friendly, so I can ensure I am still crushing my goals.
