I specialize in helping perimenopausal and menopausal women navigate hormonal changes, optimize nutrition, build strength, and create sustainable lifestyle habits to feel their best at any age.
After years of trying different weight loss programs, I found GFIT and became a client in May 2020. Since then, I have not only achieved my physical goals but, more importantly, transformed my mindset and relationship with food and exercise. Learning how to fuel and move my body in a way that supports long-term health has been life-changing, and now, I’m passionate about helping other women experience the same.
My ideal clients are women in their 40s and 50s who are navigating perimenopause or menopause and want to take control of their health, build strength, and improve their energy. They are busy professionals, caregivers, or moms who have tried different diets and workout programs but struggle with stubborn weight gain, fatigue, and hormonal shifts.
As someone who is also in perimenopause, I understand firsthand the frustrations that come with hormonal shifts—stubborn weight gain (especially around the midsection), energy fluctuations, disrupted sleep, and increased stress. Many women find that what worked in their 20s and 30s no longer yields the same results, leaving them feeling stuck and discouraged. That’s why my approach focuses on optimizing nutrition, managing stress, improving sleep, and incorporating strength training to help women not just manage these changes—but thrive.

FUN FACT: I was born on February 29th, which technically makes me only 12 years old—probably the youngest person ever to be in perimenopause!
