For years, I felt trapped in the cycle of yo-yo dieting and binge eating, obsessed with food but never feeling in control. I tried every extreme diet, hoping for a quick fix, only to find myself feeling more frustrated, defeated, and disconnected from my body.
After struggling for seven years, I realized that true, lasting change wasn’t about another diet—it was about healing my relationship with food. Through this shift, I lost 100 pounds and, more importantly, kept it off for over a decade.
I know firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck, to battle food guilt, and to believe that balance is impossible. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others break free from restrictive patterns, ditch the all-or-nothing mindset, and create a sustainable, enjoyable approach to health and fitness.
My coaching is designed for those who have struggled with binge eating, restrictive diets, and weight regain, as well as busy moms who have spent years putting themselves last and are now ready to reclaim their health without guilt or overwhelm.
I also enjoy coaching couples who want to tackle their health goals together, creating a supportive environment that fosters long-term success.

FUN FACT: I’ve been strength training for 10 years, and to this day, I still dislike leg day! I’d much rather train upper body, core, or go for a long walk.
