My passion for health and fitness began years ago when I was overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle. After losing 100 pounds, I found my desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals.
Through years of education, I have acquired deep knowledge of healthy nutrition and exercise. Moreover, I learned about the importance of maintaining a balance between living a healthy lifestyle and enjoying the things we love most.
My goal is to educate, motivate and support you in reaching your goals. In addition, I want to help you learn sustainable healthy habits to become the best version of yourself!
