Mahasin and Amanda worked together for around eight months, during which time she was able to drop 100 lbs (!!!)

Amanda started her off with a 12 week PRIMER PHASE, during which time they entered a slight caloric deficit, but without dropping calories too far below maintenance. This allowed them to prime Mahasin's body for fat loss, while still allowing her to build some lean mass (recomp). This is super important, because it allowed them to raise her metabolic rate, improving her overall fat loss results!

When they did drop calories further to enter a FAT LOSS PHASE, they stayed there for about 16 weeks before implementing a 2 week DIET BREAK to reset her hormones, give her body and mind a break and improve adherence.

Then, they got back to fat loss, continuing to push towards her goals!
