Hi! I’m a registered social worker with the MCSW with one year of experience. I also have a BA majoring in sociology with a concentration in conflict resolution. I provide brief counseling, focusing on a strength-based, narrative-focused approach, and sometimes using a task-oriented approach as well.

My goal is to help you meet your goals, whatever they may be. I lead with an empowerment focus, helping guide you towards your ambitions in whatever ways suit you best. I’m also here to support you through life challenges you may be having that may be preventing you from achieving your goals.

I also follow a wellness routine myself which includes 1 hour of fitness daily. I’m also passionate about hobbies, like creative writing, which I participate in routinely and like to challenge myself with. I’d love to help you reach your goals and work towards a healthy life balance!
