Hello! I’m a registered occupational therapist, O.T. Reg. (MB) with a background in kinesiology and applied health. I earned my Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Manitoba and since have clinical experience working in mental health settings with diverse populations.
Occupational therapy is closely linked to wellness as it focuses on enhancing the whole person. This involves using a holistic approach to help you live a life that is meaningful, balanced, and purposeful. I use a trauma informed and collaborative approach that integrates evidence-based practices to foster wellbeing and cultivate resilience. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Some areas we can focus on include stress management, goal setting, emotional regulation, co-regulation, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, routine management, sleep hygiene and more!
